I started a new tradition of a New Years tree, and decorated it with streamers, noisemakers, confetti poppers, and balloons. The balloons were filled with candy, money, and jokes. The kids loved it!
All six kids stayed up to welcome in the New Year!! Welcome 2014--we are excited for what lies ahead!

That tree looks like so much fun. I have it on good authority that a mattress is a great way to enjoy sliding down stairs :) We'll have to check out the sleeping bag method.
